These are from my trip to IMAGINA in Feb, 2005. All of these photographs were taken within the first hour or so of sunrise at Monte Carlo, Monaco from the balcony of my hotel room. I asked the front desk to wake me in time for sunrise, despite my jet lag. I'm glad I did, as the following mornings I was there were all overcast and gray. These are presented in roughly the chronological order they were taken in.

Tech notes: 35mm Camera, Velvia Slide film, scanned on a low-end flatbed scanner. I had to do a lot of color adjustment to recover qualities lost by the scanner, but I believe these colors accurately reflect the colors and feelings of the original slides and the events as I witnessed them.
