The Physics of Cartoons - Part One
The Laws

1. A character will remain suspended in space until it looks down.

2. Vehicles appear out of nowhere at full speed the moment a character steps in the road.

3. Characters moving at a high rate of speed can pass through all solid matter, creating an outline of themselves.

3, Ammendment A. Charcaters cannot pass through all solid matter.
4. Fear can temporarily suspend laws of gravity and momentum.
5. Gravity is transmitted up the length of a character slowly enough affect body parts differently.
6. Time is distorted by a rapidly falling object. The larger the object, the greater the distortion, allowing unaffected characters to travel large distances in the same amount of time.
7. Friction is negated by fear.

8. Objects may mysteriously appear when a character reaches behind it's back.
9. A Sharp object poking the buttocks will launch a character upwards at extreme velocities.
10. Nothing heavy falls faster than a cartoon character.

11. The balance of retribution must always be satisfied.
